A set of application milestones that are specific to a college can be created by an advisor. This set of milestones will become the default application plan when any student adds the college to their My Colleges list.
If a college does not have college-specific application milestones created, then the organizational configuration defaults will apply to that school when an application plan is created.

Create College-Specific Application Milestones
1. Select My Account. Hover over your picture, or initial, on the top menu and click My Account.
2) Next click on the "College Configuration" tab
Scroll to the College Specific Applications Milestones section.
Create a new set of milestones for a college, or modify existing milestones for a college you have already customized.
When you choose "create milestones for a different college", a pop-up will display where you can type in the name of the school to work with.
Customize the Milestones
Once the college is selected, the organization default milestones will load. You can edit, add, and delete milestones to customize the school.
- Click on the "Add Milestone" button to add new milestones.
- Select a milestone, then click on "Edit Selected Milestone" to modify it and add a description.
- Select a milestone, then click on "Delete selected Milestones" to delete it.
Copy your customized application milestones to another college
Have other schools that use these customized milestones? Save time by copying your milestones to another college. Start typing the name of a college in the box. Select the correct school from the list of matches. Click on the green Copy Milestones to College button. The school you have copied to will now have its own set of college specific milestones.
Copy your customized application milestones to a tagged list
Select a tagged list from the dropdown. Click on the green Copy Milestones to Colleges on Tagged List button. The schools you have copied to will now each have their own set of college specific milestones.
Note: To update the milestones for all colleges on a tagged list, you must first customize one college by modifing the milestones, then copy that college-specific milestones to a tagged list.
Create Organization Defaults for Application Milestones
If a college-specific set of milestones has not been created for a school, the organizational defaults will apply. See how to create organizational defaults.
Reset to Default Milestones
While on the My Account "College Configuration" tab, in the College-Specific Application Milestones section, reset the milestones back to the organization defaults for a college by selecting it and choose the Reset to Default Milestones button. This will remove the "custom" application milestones for that college and change them to the milestones saved in the organization defaults.
