    Help! I'm with Jackson Burkland (User #99986) and we are unable to get him logged in after a few attempts to reset his password.
    What should we do?

    Hi Karen,

    Jackson has been locked out due to too many attempts at entering his password. He will need to first have his account unlocked. Then he should reset his password. I'll send you an email with links to directions!
