Template to Transfer or Load Students and/or Connections into GuidedPath

Rather than adding students to GuidedPath one at a time, you can provide one list of students/parents (we call them connections) to be uploaded all at once into your account. To request a bulk upload, follow these directions:

Note:  Connections can be parents, teachers, counselors, coaches, etc.  Anyone you want to be connected to a student.  

1) Students Upload:  To bulk load (upload) a group of students into GuidedPath, use the students spreadsheet and import template provided. Read the instructions on the first worksheet carefully, as the format of the data is very important for the data to load correctly.  Send completed spreadsheet to [e-mail] to have the import completed.

Submit your list of students to be uploaded to [e-mail] first.  Wait for a response from support before sending connections to be uploaded.

2) Connections Upload: To bulk load (upload) connections to students into GuidedPath, contact [e-mail]. Support will assist you in use of the connections spreadsheet and import template provided. When you are ready for the import, read the instructions on the worksheets carefully, as the format of the data is very important for the data to load correctly.
