Advisors can tell if a student is registered from 4 places:
- On the advisor home page the Last Logged In column will say "Not Registered".
- On the student dashboard in the upper left hand box under the student's name is "Last Login". This will state "Not Registered" if the student has not registered.
- On the My Students page, you see a checkmark in the Reg column, which means Registered, and the Send Email blue button will NOT be available.
- On the student's profile in the Account Information section, the last item is Registered with values of Yes or No.
For connections, you must look at the connection's profile as in #4 above.
If a student has not registered, click here for instructions on how to send them a new registration request.
If a student has registered, they should use the Help Me link on the login page to recover their username and/or password. Note that you can see their username on their profile as well.
