If a student has already taken a standardized test and wants to record the test scores, the test still needs to be added to the overall schedule. This can be done in 2 different ways:
Add a Test - option 1 (enter a known test date):
If you have the test date readily available, go directly to the My Test Scores page (accessed from the main Test menu) and use the "add a test not in the schedule" button. Use the popup box to enter the Type and Date and then click OK.
Add a Test - option 2 (pick a test date):
If you don't have the exact test date, select the "Schedule Test by Type" option from the main Test menu.
To see the past dates, click on the orange filter box in the Test Dates column header and then select "Clear" button.
Select the My Scores menu from the Tests main menu.
Update the Scores
The My Scores page captures the results of each test that has been scheduled. Before the results can be input, the test must be added to the student’s schedule. Select the row for the test date to be updated and then click the green button to update the scores.
Once the section results are added and saved, GuidedPath will calculate the overall scores, where applicable, and superscores for the ACT and SAT. For tests with specific subjects, GuidedPath will show the three subjects that have the highest scores across all test dates.
