To add a new student, select My Account under your picture, or initial, on the top menu bar. On User Management, select the "Create Student" button under the Create New Users title.
Select the link on the advisor homepage
From the Advisor Shortcuts, select the Add a New Student link. Note: this process can be used to add a student or a prospect.
When creating the student, select the Create and GoTo Profile button to go directly to the new student's profile. Update the student or prospect profile with any additional information that you have available (phone, address, etc).

Add the Student's parent or connection
The easiest method to add a parent or connection or student is to open the student's profile. (put the student in session and then click on their picture to open the profile). Expand the Student's Family accordion. Then click on Create new family member.
Input the email, first name and last name.
Choose the role of the connection
- Supporter - will have read-only permission on the student's record.
- Contributor - will be able to update the student's record, including the ability to take surveys,
The student should be selected by default.
Select the correct Relationship and then click Create.
