There are 2 ways to add one parent to multiple students, which allows the parent to log in and see all students in from one account.
First, if the parent already has a registered account, which means they have a username, then you can add the parent, by username, to the new student. You can see if the parent has a username on the student's Profile, under Student's Family in the Account Information section.
Second option is to associate a parent with a newly entered student by using the user management area. Identify the NEW student that you would like to add to the existing parent account in the Manage Existing Users box and then follow these steps:
