1. From the Advisor Shortcuts submenu under your picture, or initial, on the top menu, click on Manage Users in the show more section of the Manage My Organization section. Alternatively, you can select My Account from the submenu under your picture, or initial, on the top menu.
2. This takes you to the user management tool. Enter your student or connection's name into the Manage Existing User box on the User management tab. Select the student from the dropdown.
3. Scroll down and click on "Archive Account".
