How is my billing cycle determined?
Billing cycles start on the day that the account is initially set up. The first 30 days are always at no cost and then the first invoice and payment will be made.
How do I provide my credit card to continue after the trial period?
Before your trial period ends, you will need to add a credit card in your GuidedPath account to continue to have access to GuidedPath. The person that created the account can go to My Organization and Billing Information to provide the credit card or assign another advisor as the billing contact. If the trial period ends, a credit card will be required to gain access to GuidedPath. No advisors will be allowed in GuidedPath until a valid credit card is provided.
How do I cancel my account?
If you want to cancel the account, simply email us at support@guidedpath.net.
Why do all accounts start at the lowest Up to 2 Plan level?
Since the actual subscription rate is based on the number of active students in your account and your account is starting with zero students, the subscription rate is the lowest rate initially. As you add students, the plan will adjust dynamically.
How will I know what plan I will pay?
Your monthly invoice will show the actual plan that is paid and the prorated amount for the past month. Billing information will also be found in My Organization under Billing Information in GuidedPath for administrative advisors.
How is the billing plan determined?
The plan is based on the number of active students in your account in month. Active students are those that have access to the GuidedPath key features of Surveys, Tests, Colleges, Applications and Decisions. Each student is active for a minimum of 30 days.
The account will prorate on a daily basis so the overall cost will adjust up or down as students are added, deleted or archived.
As always, prospects, connections, advisors and archived students do not count in these pricing numbers.

Can I re-activate a student?
Once a student has been archived, you can contact support@guidedpath.net to reactivate the student. Archived students cannot log into GuidedPath and advisors can view, but not modify, data on archived students.
