How do we know as advisors that our email was opened and viewed. Any way to tell?
You can tell if you have read a message on the dashboard because unread messages have a dot in front of them. However, you cannot tell if another user, student or connection, has looked at their message or emails.
Many times students or parents will respond to email through my inbox rather that guided path, even though I have initiated the email there. Is there a way or place to put those emails into guided path to have the conversations in one place?
If the student or parent sends the respond through email, it cannot be automatically captured in GuidedPath. However, you can copy the response from the email and then go into your message in GuidedPath and select "Reply" and then paste the response into GuidedPath in the same conversation string as the initial message.
How do I save this without sending it?
If you do not want to send it, suggest you add it as a new message, where you can select the recipient as only yourself, or use an Advisor Note rather than a message.
I'm trying to set up Prompt and have reached Step 6 in the directions that references the Tools Menu in the dashboard. Can't see it in the task bar or elsewhere on the page. So where is it?
The Tools menu will be just to the right of Decisions on the top menu bar when enabled for Prompt or any other custom menu.
